Alders Cross Creek is a wonderful seniors citizen apartment complex to live in.
Love the location of Alders Cross Creek. Easy access to shopping areas. High marks for clean and well maintained complex. Staff is friendly and approachable.
The beauty and staff make Alder’s a lovely place to live.
A new modern facility that every resident can be proud to call home. I love to show off our apartment and the facilities to visitors. There are very few Apartment complexes in this area as inviting, impressive and unique as Alders.
I am so excited to move into Alders Cross Creek. Both the grounds and apartment are beautiful and very well maintained. I love that all the amenities are available without having to get into traffic to find them. I also love the activity calendar which keeps up with all the many activities that are going on daily. The leasing and management staff have been so helpful and I’m looking forward to having a great experience here.
I’m happy here. No complaints, except when we lose power & there aren’t any emergency lights.
This is a beautiful property and I have met very wonderful neighbors. I am happy here.
As a new resident at Alders, I need more time to assess all aspects of life here. So far, in a limited framework, I am very happy with what I have experienced. Office staff and several people I have met have been lovely. Will keep you posted. Thank you.
Very happy over all with Alders, the staff and the community feel. We have many activities that we would otherwise have to pay for. I like the led exercise classes. I feel safe here and a great sense of belonging.
I am very disappointed with the 62+ apartment complex that I moved into six months ago. The advertisement promised an active senior community with a variety of activities to suit different interests and abilities. However, the reality is far from that. The activities are catered to the older (80+) residents and no options for those of us who were expecting a more vibrant community. With the exception of the leasing agent, the onsite management is very rude and dismissive of the tenants. They act as if they know better than the residents as to what we need and want. There has never once been a "town hall" type of meeting where they could listen to us. I feel like I wasted my money and time on this place. I do not recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fulfilling and respectful living environment. You should also know that the monthly rent including expenses I was quoted and were reflected on the lease have continued to increase each month. They seem to find ways to tack on additional expenses without hesitation or reason. The amenities presented on the website and during the tour is not totally accurate because they are not always functioning. The pool and hot tub can seldom be used because they are not heated as advertised. The beautiful theater room has only been used once or twice because it doesn't work. There is always an excuse or blame the issue on someone else. Even though there are TV monitors everywhere, the staff was not able to connect so we could watch playoff games. The residents had to take up a collection for the New Years Eve party because the property had no plans to create a celebration. I have never seen the pickleball court in use despite the fact that I was told there would be an instructor. Alcohol is always the center of events which leaves non-drinker out of consideration. Even though each of these may seem small on their own...These were suppose to be part of the COMMUNITY I was buying into that has not be delivered. The latest is that we now have mice in the common area and even though we pay a monthly extermination fee...they will not bring in a professional. Place 2 (2 in x 4 in) stick pads under a counter is not sufficient. BTW...if you visit, don't drink the coffee. The mouse has been seen around the coffee machine. Don't be mislead by the beautiful property because THAT is all Alders Creek Crossing has going for it.
