Album Quail Springs 55+ Active Adult Apart...

I love living here and plan to be here the rest of my life if at all possible. I love that everything is inside that is needed to entertain us every day. We have a beautiful patio area with a swimming pool, great seating areas, and tables and chairs to sit outside if the weather permits. We also have a putting green and a beautiful garden area where lots of people have raised gardens to enjoy. We have an art studio on the 2nd floor on the south end of the hall and a game room with a pool table on the north end of the hall. On the first floor, we have a beauty shop, full gym, yoga room and a theater room on the north end with 15 recliner chairs and a big screen TV!

I love my home. It's beautiful, fun and friendly. The amenities are wonderful. I love the close proximity to everything. The community is close and always interested in your wellbeing. We have so much fun. Come and really enjoy your life if you are 55 , we will welcome you with open arms.

We love Album Quail Springs from the residents to the management. We enjoy the peace and quiet of the 55 . We feel very safe here and our neighbors watch out for each other. Just a great place to live!

I love living at Album Quail Springs because all my needs are met here without having to go outside in the weather. We have continental breakfast Monday through Friday, an art class room on the second floor and a beauty shop on the first floor. We have a gym, exercise room, theater room with 15 recliner chairs with cupholders, a game room with a pool table and gaming tables on the second floor and a heated swimming pool on the back patio. I also have a raised garden where I can plant beautiful flowers and plants at my leisure.

Album Quail Springs is a great community for seniors. You can get involved in activities like exercise classes, art classes, gardening, card games.

Excellent place to live, very fun group of people and very accepting of each other. I am happy to be here and feel like I found a great place to settle down.

I love living at Albums. My apartment has all the amenities one could want. The office staff is great and helpful. Becky sees to it there are many activities to do if interested. Jackie and Sabrina are always willing to listen and help. I would recommend anyone interested in moving to a place for seniors to take the tour and see why it’s so great!

Everyone is so friendly and people look out for each other. Itend to be a hermit but living here has made it so much easier to find someone to do things with.

I really enjoy living here and all the activities and events that are planned throughout the week. In the two years I’ve lived here, I’ve gotten to know a lot of residents and we’ve become great. friends.

We love Album! Living here is better than we ever imagined and the management is always ready to help with any issues the arise.

I’ve only been here for 3 weeks but my experience so far has been very positive the residents are friendly and helpful and the staff including maintenance are beyond reproach!

Making new friends and having many activities to participate in will be what you get here at Albums. Also, a beautiful apartment with all the amenities one could wish for in an apartment complex. The only thing I would like to see them offer is covered parking at a reasonable price so all residents, that wished too, could participate. I enjoy living here and I would highly recommend it to anyone over 55.

I really enjoy living at Album Quail Springs. The Facility is clean with lots of meaningful activities. My apartment was freshly painted with new flooring before I arrived.

I love living here at Albums. My apartment has everything one could wish for in it. From the updated and modern appliances, washer and dryers in the unit and tile floors. They offer lots of things for residents to enjoy and provide a beautiful courtyard and pool area. I like the fact they welcome family members (young and older) to use the pool and to participate in activities. Becky does an awesome job coming up with ideas for the residents to enjoy!

Living here has been such a positive experience. The staff is so caring and always trying to resolve any issues in a timely manner.

We will be celebrating our 6th year here at Album 55 and love living here in this special & beautiful home place. A great community with many luxury amenities and an outstanding management team! We highly recommend Album as the place to make a home place for seniors.

I have lived at Album for 8 years and have been very happy here. This is home to me now.

I love living here. I have been hear since September of 2017. I have made a lot of friends here. I love the fact that it is all indoors so if it raining or snowing I just stay inside you can't get cabin fever because you can always find someone to visit with, play a game with or just walk the halls.

I love living here at Album. This place saved me after I lost my husband. I am fortunate to be able to be active and do lots of things with my friends here. If you live at Album you are never alone, and I love that. All you have to do is open your door and you have a friend. I love all the activities that Becky and the group do for us. We are a Blessed Community, and I hope things never change.

This is truly worry free living. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The activities and amenities are fun and useful. It feels like living on a cruise ship as you navigate through your senior years.

My husband and I moved in with rather high expectations of the community. Those expectations were met and superseded our hopes. It is a friendly atmosphere, clean and well kept community that we have shared with several Seniors who followed us to live here!!

This is the best place to be at this time in my life. Surrounded by friends, a community that cares about each other, and live like you are on vacation everyday. The amenities are the best from the beautiful saltwater swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, waterfall, raised garden area for residences and dog park. That is just the outside. Come in and see all the wonderful things that are available to make your life full of fun and companionships. Come and play games, watch a movie, exercise or enjoy a bbq or a night around the fire pit. Come and experience everything your life could be!

I give Album the highest rating. Every staff member is amazing & caring. There are plenty activities for everyone. I really enjoy living here & it has been a great experience so far.

Wonderful place to live and be, staff makes our lives very easy. They are always available. The building stays immaculate. Great Place,,,and Many like minded neighbors....

Even without the aforementioned lack of previous amenities, I still enjoy living here and appreciate the maintenance staff and activities director, they are both helpful and kind

The apartments are beautiful and roomy. They are well maintained and kept up. I like the patios, gates for privacy and the pool area for family gatherings. Only thing I would recommend is covered parking for those who can’t afford a garage.

Great place to live. You can do as much or as little as you want. Join in or not. Stores are in walking distance.

We weren’t really looking to move, however when found Album Quail Springs we decided to take a look. The open, friendly atmosphere and beautiful community had us moving in the next month! Several friends have followed us and moved in to also enjoy the beautiful apartments and wonderful neighbors.

Very friendly gated 55 apartment home community. Two safe rooms and optional garages and storage areas. Close proximity to numerous fast and fine dining establishments. Across the street from all-purpose store with most anything to satisfy wants or needs!

My one year stay at Album was a fantastic experience! I only recently moved to be closer to my grandkids. It’s a beautiful property with a great staff! I definitely recommend !!

Fellow residents are friendly and welcoming. The community spirit is supported by staff. As a new resident, I have appreciated the way I have been welcomed. My apartment is comfortable and easy to adjust to.

Great area to live. Within walking distance of a lot of fast food places. Nice to have our own exercise room as well as pool.
