Mine won't be shared for marketing purposes because I am completely disgusted with this place and the extremely poor management here. Each time we get a new Manager the experience here gets worse.
The Album is a very pretty and comfortable 55 apt living community with continuous social activities for its residents and beautiful apts with all the amenities you would expect to find at a luxury apt complex. Also, the Album is surrounded by a variety of nice restaurants as well as shopping centers. You would enjoy living here with everything at your finger tips!

This was a great place to live for a short time after I arrived in November of 2022 but the steady downhill spiral has made life here unhappy for me. I will not recommend Album to anyone.

I think, as a Resident of Album Mansfield, we have the best Management team and Maintenance team anywhere. I am working on my 3rd year here and hope to remain a resident for as long as possible. I love my apartment, I love the community, I appreciate how well everything is taken care of here and I love the location. I am Blessed.
…..if there is such a “thing” as a good one etc.,my experience 2 weeks in the 101 temperature went well. A few little questions on finding the dock/area to unload but was handled immediately by Savanna?? highly recommend and look forward to meeting residents and getting involved!

As a two year resident, I have had a good experience with my stay here. The only exception was not being allowed to renew my lease for another 24 months. The reasons given to me and others were extremely lame.
If nothing else, the friendliness of the residents is the utmost appreciated. In addition, the cleanliness of the property and a commity vibe is the most! All of the amenities are a plus...especially the elevators!
Just waiting for lease to end, been here since they opened. There is no heated pool, no yards, no community garden and a lot of theft. Almost everything cost extra and events get cancelled a lot. You really won’t enjoy it.
I am not sure Album would have appealed to me 4 years ago, however, now that I have experience the old and tired Mansfield has to offer, Album is perfect for me. I actually see people out using the grill and sunbathing by the pool. With the necessities provided by Album it makes enjoyment much easier. I love my apartment.
I have lived at Album Mansfield since it opened. I love it here and have no desire to move. We have an excellent Management team as well as Maintenance team and all the neighbors are so nice. Life doesn't get much better than this.

I love my apartment. It's clean, spacious, quiet and safe. The workout and exercise rooms are well equipped. The outside community of Mansfield is so close. There are doctors, groceries, eating, shopping ALL within 1-2 miles! No place is perfect yet Album Mansfield comes close.

I thought I would only rent for 6-12 months before buying a home. It didn't take very long to change my mind and decide to stay here as long as I am able. I love the people (Rachel & Haylee) and the residents who make me feel I'm part of a large family. It's wonderful! The staff here are friendly and helpful.
I love it here at Album Mansfield. It is a really good place to live. The Watson Branch Linear Trail runs right behind the apartment complex, easy to access. There's a park just down the way to take the grandkids to. The Residents here are all so very nice. The Management team is excellent. I am very blessed to call Album Mansfield my home.
