If you are looking for a 55+ active adults apartment living, STOP RIGHT HERE...There is absolutely no need to look any FURTHER. You are at Album Cooley. No, you are not reading a script to a commercial...This is real life, it happened to me when after going from one apartment complex to another, seeing almost the same thing, feeling, the " yes, this is nice. I can live here" kind of feeling....I landed here at ALBUM COOLEY. From the first moment , there was something.....that said HOME, and then day by day living here proved it and more. The apartments are gorgeous, great floor plans to choose from. There is a full equipped gym, a library, a pool and a jacuzzi, of course, a puzzle room.. no this is not a typo . There is an actual room where there are tons of puzzles, tables and chairs for us to sit at and do puzzles... There is a luxurious theatre, where we can come in ourselves to watch a movie of our choice and often there are screenings for everyone to enjoy. There are so many fun activities

Album Cooley Station is a vibrant, friendly and beautiful community. We have lived here for over a year and are very happy here. Our activity calendar is packed full of planned events every day and often there are other fun special events either management-led or resident-led. Something for everyone. We feel like a part of a caring family here. It is a very happy, upbeat environment and we are in walking distance to a huge grocery store, a variety of restaurants and shops. The ammeniities, clubhouse, apartments and cottages are beautiful and our maintenance staff is excellent!

We are amongst the first residents to move into the apartments. We have been most grateful for the friendships we have formed, the varied enjoyable activities, and the accommodating staff!
We've lived at Album Cooley Station for 9 months. We couldn't be happier with our decision to move here. We thoroughly enjoy our apartment. Very few things could be different/better. We really enjoy all the activities and opportunities to interact with the other residents. I enjoy working out in the gym, the machines are excellent. We enjoy chair volleyball, the movies, tea time and happy hour/pot luck just to name a few. The administration staff is excellent to work with. We really enjoy interacting with the residents that live here. If anyone is looking for a 55 Active Adult Community, start your search at Album Cooley Station. This is a community of new good friends. We laugh, socialize & play together. Lots of planned activities & in some of them, we get to share our talents and teach others. We meet by the outdoor fireplace after late events for a few more moments. Besides planned trips out, on our own we go shopping, to museums, concerts, restaurants with new friends (all are invited) --things we would do normally. Feels great to live in a community where everyone is valued.
Mostly great but they should compensate for an apt with no heat. They did give us a space heater. It works ok for the immediate space..
Album is the perfect place to live for the 55 person who wants to be active. There are numerous activities, friendly staff and occupants. I have made great friendships! The close proximity to restaurants and shopping is amazing. I am so glad I chose to live here!
At this early point of my residency here at Album Cooley Station I have found everything I had hoped for. I look forward to a lengthy stay.

This place already looks like it needs to be rehabbed at less than a year old. Hallway carpet and tile is a mess. Cockroaches, spiders and bugs throughout the whole complex and property grounds.
We are very happy with most things inside our casita. We really like the clubhouse, fitness center, pool, bbq area, all amenities. When there was a reliable, stable office staff here the activities, events etc ran very efficiently & smoothly. Hoping things stabilize with the staff soon. We especially enjoy the wonderful people who are our neighbors here!
This is a great place to live. I am so happy here with all the amenities, the residence, the staff, the apartment everything.

Moving and starting new chapters in our lives can be very overwhelming and difficult. The team you have here at the Cooley Station makes those transitions smooth and easy. Album management has been impressive! Manager Tierra is a special person and has an excellent Staff. Thus far, a week into this new experience, I have no regrets and only good things to say from our initial introduction to Tierra through a week after move in! Clean, active upkeep and welcoming environment. Excellent response from the maintenance crew is also a plus.
Album Cooley is a beautiful community. There are so many activities to participate in, that you would never get bored.
There is an infestation of cockroaches, spiders and ants across the property and inside several individual apartments. The shower leaks. The appliances are cheap and not as promised. The building is unsecured with broken gates and many times the entrance doors. I signed on before the building was completed and I’m very disappointed that this community/property is not as I was told what was to be expected. I had hoped this would be my forever home. Regrets that I am stuck in a two year lease. I must tolerate the disgust until it ends.
We love Album, the residents and staff, and the amenities and activities.
A wonderful place for active 55 people who want to live in a classy, resort style environment. I am very comfortable and happy to live here.
If you are looking for luxury at an affordable price, Album at Cooley Station is one of the best in Gilbert, AZ.
We picked Album because it was brand new. Construction delays caused us to stay in a hotel for 10 weeks. When we finally did move in, many things were not complete or poorly installed. Some things are still not corrected after six weeks. Upper management is not honoring the promises they made to us in writing. I could not and would not recommend Album Cooley station
I am enjoying being part of a community that is caring and has the desire to share all the good things I life and have fun.
It is lovely here, very nice grounds, amenities, and the apartments are very cozy.
