Don’t waste your time referring friends or family to stay here. They don’t honor their end of the agreement. Our friends have been living here almost 5 months. We have followed up numerous times and keep getting new excuses on why it hasn’t been processed. They were quick to get that lease signed. Very disappointing.

Property is under entirely new management. **5 stars**. Incredible amenities. Floor plans include private attached garages and private enclosed yards. Open, private balconies, 2 bed/2 bath available, and excellent finishes. Hands-down the best dog park for miles.

Use to be so nice here new management is horrible. Nothing is ever resolved. Property declining fast. Amenities are turning into trash. Crazy expensive for things not to be kept up.
Please reach back out to people. Our move in process has been a lack of communication. Please call people back and respond to emails. Don't wait for us to take off from work, to then tell us to bring a money order to finish the set up. (We'd paid via card already on the portal) Call people please. Let us know ahead of time of your needs. Also, we just went and got the money order after they told us... Came back and said that our apt. won't be ready until 2 pm today... (After they just spoke with my girlfriend and had her waste her lunch break). COMMUNICATION please.... We are moving 2 homes into one, working full time, coordinating with moving company and storage company, have a sick kid... No time for unprofessionalism and delays. Our time was disrespected and it threw off our schedule and made her late, for returning to work.
Since new management property upkeep has been lower, trash in parking lots, and club house is left with trash quite often. Also transition between management companies has been very disorganized. I receive emails every week wanting documents I supplied when I moved in. Was also promised a gift card as part of my move in special, but never received and was told I would not ever receive it. No access to certain amenities such as the computer and printers in clubhouse as well as the Starbucks machine always being out of order or poorly stocked. Unfortunate to sign a lease and agree to certain standards that are not met
The staff is friendly. The apartment and amenities are amazing. Overall it is very quiet and peaceful. My complaint is that for 1 week I was without a trash can. No one had my lease information for one week. I was not notified by Michael that the leasing office was not accepting packages. My package was stolen while I was home. Valet trash pickup did not pick up my trash or my neighbors trash for two days although I followed instructions. Once again everyone is friendly but I wish Advenir would be more on top of things.
This property is AMAZING with so much to offer. The staff is wonderful and Katie(mgr) is truly THE BEST, she is very knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with, she cares about her tenants and future tenants. There is no better place to live.
