I love living here so much!! The apartments are spacey and I love how beautiful my apartment is. We pay a great price in comparison to other rents in not only Jax but around the country. The maintenance and leasing office is always SO friendly and prompt! On top of it all, they really go above and beyond to give you a community experience where they host events for you & the family. The amenities are beautiful and everything is well kept. It is a great place for us and we would definitely recommend it!
Property is well-maintained and management staff is always available whenever needed. Very good access to highway, but not right by it that it would be a concern. I have greatly appreciated my ~2 years at the property.

I love Addison Landing. The apartment is very spacious and affordable. I really like how they accept pets and offer amenities such as a car wash, playground, pool, 24 hour fitness and a place to take my dog. There isn’t a reason to go anywhere else cause you have all the perks without leaving the community.
I recently just move here 3 weeks ago so far it's been great. The apartment is very clean it looks like you're staying in a very nice hotel,so far I enjoy been there. And Amanda the lady that works in the office is very nice very helpful. I am looking foward to stay here for a while.
This apartment surrounding areas are the cleanest I have ever seen. The common areas are carefully clean to the point you may think you are in a 5 stars hotel. Nice place to live.
Addison Landing is a great community, a clean environments and kids and animal friendly, love the Dogs park,pool always clean and a great gym,best maintenance ever,I put a work order for my A/C a Maintenance tech show up within minutes,he fixed my AC and give me some advice about how to set up my thermostat when outdoor temp is very high now I can see the difference in my electric bill,THANKS OLINDY I will always remember that Ac class you gave me.
I am a Service Tech at Addison Landing, it's a great community, it's where the residents,the employees,visitors and future residents matters,I enjoyed working there ,it's like a family and we take our work very serious. Proud to say I have a new family. I am happy an you will be too... Olindy
Maintenance is a joke! My a/c has gave me problems since i moved in in February and still no change. Office personnel are extremely rude and disrespectful. There is NO parking and the gates are always broke. The pool is packed with kids without adult supervision and people that don't even live here. I watch them walk over from the complex across the street. As soon as my lease is up I will be gone and will make sure no one I know EVER lives here
Clean amenities, friendly faces, reasonable price.
I love the amenities and the atmosphere. I is conventionally located close to the highway and airport as I do travel often. The office staff is pleasant and kind especially Shakeya. She always answers questions and keeps me up to date with upcoming activities I would and do highly recommend Addison landing if you want to live somewhere comfortable and affordable.
To whom it may concern. I have been a resident at Addison Landing a little more than four months. I am renting a two bedroom apartment which I truly enjoy. My unit is spacious with an open floor plan. My appliances are clean and in good working conditions. Whenever I've had any concerns, the staff has worked to accommodate them. The neighbors I've met have been a joy to talk with which in turn gives the feeling of a close knit community. There are many indoor and outdoor amenities for both kids and adults to enjoy! The rent is reasonable and can be paid through the property website. I'd also like to add that it is user friendly making it moreover convenient. If you or anyone you know is looking for the most bang for their bucks, I definitely would recommend looking at Addison Landing Apartments.
I'm on my third year here and I truly love it. Maintenance extraordinary, friendly people, close to everything, well kept, alot of things and amenites to do. Rent rates high and yearly increases getting way too steep when ur retired and on fix income! So it would be a blessing to win this contest.
Addison Landing is overall a decent apartment to live in. Very spacious apartment home for a good price. I have lived here for the past three years and only reason I am moving is because I'm in the military and is transferring to a different state. The maintenance men and the leasing ladies are very nice and try's their best to accommodate you as much as possible....not to mention the discount. I do think the apartments homes itself can use a bit of an update, but its still fine non the less. The only concern I would have is in the three years of living at Addison Landing they have gone though four different sets of office staff which I find a bit odd. There was no notification that any of them were transferred or fired whatever the case. I just think they should notify the residence because we are handing over our rent to new people who I have no clue who they are.
ADDISONLANDING Apts are very clean, the amenities are great, gym, pool, business center, game room,and kitchenette. Close to the interstate and shopping and very quiet!
