As the DFW’s go-to town for restaurants and entertainment, Addison has a variety of attractions and amenities that make it a popular suburb. Addison Circle Park, the park as well as the neighborhood surrounding the park, is definitely one of them. The downtown park itself is a gathering place for the community, hosting a variety of events like the Addison Oktoberfest and Taste Addison. In addition to being the ideal place for events, Addison Circle Park offers walking trails, a water garden, and interactive fountains.
The actual Addison Circle – a traffic circle near the park – features a spectacular outdoor art display called Blueprints at Addison Circle. This huge, steel sculpture consists of 25 poles and five art panels and is about 133 feet in diameter. Its name is derived from the art displayed on the panels, which came from the town’s actual blueprints.

Could be better elevator has not worked in over a month Other than that, the property is well-maintained and clean I wish they would do away with the Towing is very inconvenient for a visit

Really good move-in experience so far. Only giving 4 stars because my floor was damaged - I was told this would be fixed prior to moving in, but it wasn’t. Not a big deal since I have a rug covering the area. I also haven’t been able to get my door code/box to work, so I’ve had to lock my door with a key. Hopefully can get this resolved easily.

I like my new home because it is very nice space for me, spacious but cozy. Very clean and quiet and fun because my neighbors smiles are contagious and we have the food trucks to meet and greet each other lol. I like my new home because we have a very convenient neighborhood for example post office , the gas station, and grocery store are all less than five minutes away drive time. I like my new home because the Leasing Staff all helped me by being informative and patient and they worked as a team.

Random things have happened in the apartment with not much of an explanation like the lights going out and the fire alarm going off in the entire complex. Comfortable place to live but parking and visitor parking is terrible

"I've been living at Addison Kepper Springs for two years, and overall, it’s been a great experience! I feel very safe here, which is incredibly important to me. The maintenance team is also fantastic—always quick to respond and very helpful whenever I've needed assistance. They keep the property updated and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. The only downside is that parking can be a bit limited, and rent has gone up, which I know is common in many places. But despite that, I still enjoy living here and would recommend it to others!"

Staff is courteous and respectful. Maintenance is always responsive and helpful. Neighbors can be loud at times and the number of vacant reserved parking can be annoying, but overall a decent place to stay.

Love the staff and the apartment. Quiet neighbors almost like we don't have any. I have been here for a short period of time and so far I haven't had one complaint to bring to the apartments attention. All in all the parking is kinda iffy, it's not as hard to find a spot if you pay for a reserved parking spot which is reasonable if you want a specified parking spot. Maintenance is always on time with maintenance calls. Their great apartments for couples who are just getting their first place together as a couple. Perfect apartments for college students as well. All in all I love being here and I'm sure you will too!

I really enjoy living here. It is the perfect spot, clost enough to the air ports and the city but far enough that you don't get caught in too much bad traffic. I feel safe, I am a young female and have lived here for over 2 years. I love the pool and there is not a lot of riff raff around here as well. Only thing is that you have to pay for parking in the garage since most of the free spots have been turned into reserved parking....meg. But other than that its good. Also a nice walk to Addison Circle and close to Austins BBQ across the street.

Ive stayed in cheap apartments and more expensive apartments than this and this complex maintenance team is definitely top tier!!! Yes they Respond fast but that doesnt matter the fact that they are professional and respectful. I love it !
This apartment community is a hidden gem. The staff are always very warm, especially Ms Tammy. Maintenance is the best also....especially Julio. Very responsive.
Absolutely love that AKS is a small community. Ive had nothing but spectacular experiences since going in for my first look. The maintenance crew is literally the best and most helpful, and efficient crew. I feel safe and comfortable at any time of the day, coming and going.
Nice place to live, need more policing for folk parking in the garage that doesn't live here. The parking is being taking by nonresidents so you can't park on the floor you live on.
Property is nice for the price. Tammy in the leasing office is the best! Vehicle break-ins are common, even if you park in the gated garage. The property is centrally located with easy access to DNT, 35E, PGBT, and 635. 8/10 overall

Seriously I renewed my lease solely based on the amazing front office staff (Victoria) and the speed in which maintenance resolves any issue I mean hands down the maintenance team is the best Ive ever interacted with in any of my rentals. 12/10
Move in day was great. The days leading up to moving in were excellent Victoria was very knowledgeable and responsive to all my question. So far so good.

Your car will eventually be broken into. The parking garage has been broken into 3 times since I have been at the property (6months). The second time they broke into 23 cars, the third time 18 cars, and I cannot remember how many cars the first time was. They usually break more than one window as well. Mine was two windows, but others had windshields etc busted or attempted. I keep nothing of value inside my vehicle and always lock, take, hide. Nothing was in plain sight. They supposedly have a "security service" that does "random patrols" but obviously it doesn’t seem to be helping. Even being right across the street from Addison PD doesn’t help... these people are not scared. The place is nice, quiet, and not too bad otherwise.
This is an amazing place if you have dogs! The dog park is kept in amazing condition!
Inside of the apartment is actually decent, layout great for roomate scenarios. The staff is very polite but security is aweful. I would recommend this place to no one at this point in time, unless I hated them.
This facility needs SEVERE help on car burglary deterrent. Its REALLY bad.
I have lived in apartments for 10 years and never had an experience as horrible as I have had here. The staff make it an absolute hell to live here and we cannot wait to leave. I hate living here.
Love the property and maintenance is great. However, leasing agents can be rude and they think theyre making you a favor every time you ask anything.
I am really glad I found Addison Keller Springs. The management team does a great job serving their residents, and they are very responsive to maintenance requests. The apartment location is perfect. It is close enough to Dallas that you are just a short drive away from everything, but it is still far enough away to receive better value for the price of the rent. I have enjoyed being able to go for a run down to Addison Circle Park whenever I feel like it. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
Addison Keller springs nice apartments but be careful with your car in the parking garage multiple cars get broken into, smashed windows and spray painted cameras
The parking garage is constantly filled with broken glass from break-ins on the 4-6th floors. The complex hired a security guard at one time, but he is no longer employed at the complex. There have been no further moves made to protect residents.

I have lived this apartment complex for 2.5 years and my lease expires early next month. I would have loved to have renewed my lease but just cant handle or deal with leasing agent Tammy. Don't believe any reviews which say she is nice because its not true. This is a question is for BHmanagement company, why would you hire a leasing agent who is so rude ,condescending, negative,unapproachable, zero customer service skills, unfriendly, doesn't want to help with maintenance issues, responds negatively as though she doesn't care, not there to help residents, gives dirty looks when I had an issue with my key fob not working today, hard to deal with or talk. Why? Why? Why? The other two young leasing girls seem nice and approachable. I will renew my lease only if Tammy gets transferred to another property because I cant live in a community where residents get treated like dirt with no respect.
I use to hate living here cause the leasing office was always rude about everything and never listened to my complaints. Since the new management I can now go to the leasing office without feeling like I’m bothering them. That’s how the old management use to make me feel. The people who now work at the leasing office are very friendly and eager to help you in any way. Much different from the old crew. Thanks and keep up the awesome job turning this place around.
I love my apartment. It has a great layout and I love the view of the courtyard from my patio. But the staff in the leasing office is disrespectful and careless. The property manager has poor communications skills and doesn't care how she talks to or treats the residents. She has an attitude when a resident requests a meeting with her and will not respond to email requests. Parking is awful after 5pm and the parking regulations in place are not adequate for the guests or residents. I look forward to my lease being over!
It's a fortune to live here, and every weekend we have to literally wear headphones in our own apartment to block out the screaming and drunk people at the unusable pool. Trash sits in hallway all day. There are rOACHES EVERYWHERE. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY YOU CAN FORGET ANY HELP FROM ANYONE. Please do yourself a huge favor. If u want to live here, come around any day and walk the halls on your own....it's filled with dead and lives roaches, daily. Come on the weekend, and watch the ridiculous pool parties with trash, bottles all over the ground-They even put the chairs IN THE POOL and nothing is done by the on-site management, and very non-existent courtesy officer who we have never even seen.
I wish I could say I liked it here, it was great at first but the hidden fees, and the lackluster customer service is dreadful. Dont rent here if you like clean water, it took seven weeks for me to get them to flush my water heater, which had been causing mold throughout the apartment.
I have been living there for about a year now and I was in love with my apartment! Once I got moved everything shifted. My whole lease contract was messed up so they made me come into the office to resign it. They failed to tell me my rent was increased by $220.00! Its my fault for not asking more questions but is not what I was expecting. All they could say to me was "well you signed this lease, so there is nothing we can do". I honestly feel like I was in the middle of a scam, but had no way out since I signed a year lease. Another thing, I had a dog when I moved in, they had all his information, pictures and pet rent on my lease but then AGAIN told me they made a mistake and that I needed to pay the pet fee and pet deposit to keep my dog, otherwise I'd get a lease violation. Mind you, I had to pull out an extra $500.00(unexpectedly) by the end of the week. My biggest problem was all these little hidden fees. I never knew when to put my trash out since they have specific days with specific times. The Maintenance manager came to my door, handed me my trash and told me I needed to take my trash in and put it out( between 6-8) What if I work evening shifts? That didn't matter, they would still charge me $25.00 extra each bag that was put out early...Well I could go on and on, roaches, electrical problems, power outages (unlocks the whole building).

Please come by the office so we can discuss. I am confused about your lease and pet fee. Not sure if they did not collect pet fee etc. when you moved in and when we audited the file we discovered that. We do have valet trash and you put it by your door in the evening for pick up. Our team does walk to make sure our hallways are beautiful and we do not want trash in the hallway all day. Would love to sit down and discuss with you. Deanna
