Adams Park Apartments

I would recommend it , it?s located near two hospitals and many other amenities, within places you can get to on foot. I never had any issues

Only major knock on the place is the winters here, apartment is beyond drafty, miserable here in the winter months, especially this year with the inflated cost.

Adams Park was very accommodating to my needs and maintenance was right on top of things.

The maintenance staff is friendly snd hard working but the department, as is the case with many places, is grossly understaffed. We have a recurrent flooding issue in the basement which the head of maintenance keeps assuring me that he will work to resolve but then work orders are left open and unaddressed. I would not recommend this community due to the high potential for having an issue with basement flooding that is not able to be remediated.

The entire staff are great. They work as fast as they possibly can, despite being short staffed.

It seems like it is a nice community to call home.

Apartment outdated, rent high. Basement floods when it rain or snow, kitchen also. outside appearance needs a make over. The only plus is it's in a great area.

I feel very much at home here and would expect others might well feel the same way

Staff was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

Pros: maintenance is great, kitchen nicely updated (cabinets are lovely even if no drawer is wide enough for a silverware tray), great storage, nice area of Albany, nice flooring, central air Cons: better signage for parking & better enforcement! Even if you don't update the bathroom, maybe you could install a better light!

They quickly and professionally answered my questions and issues in regarding the current plumbing problem.

I would. I am very happy that pets are allowed, that there are washer/dryer hookups, there is central air, and maintenance has been great. However, I would also mention the issues that I gave in response to the other questions.

The location is great. The office staff are courteous and prompt. The only thing that would keep me from recommending this complex is the amount of rent versus the amenities. I know other complexes that are less money and have pools, fitness facilities and laundry facilities.

Staff is nice and always helps. Area is nice and quiet.

Maintenance has so far been excellent. I do have a few areas that I think could use improvement, but not maintenance.

The appartment is big,comfortable,well heated in winter,close to thehospital,close to the bus bus for shopping,quiet ,comfortable.

It's a cute area and the units offer a lot of great things for a first apartment

I was a resident here for 3 years and I miss it! Maintenance was super fast when it came to responding to requests. The office staff was quick to answer questions. The apartments are spacious -- more than enough room for a couple and their pets. The grounds are well kept and the neighbors were friendly. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but the basement has plenty of storage space and having a front and a back door makes life so much easier.

Office and maintenance staff are great. I LOVE our new home. The things I would change are not major.

The community itself is generally quiet especially being near the heart of downtown and being between a school and a hospital.

I would but I would let them know the price range and that it’s most likely not affordable

It is a peaceful place to call home. The convenience of a back entry way is helpful especially when carrying out tasks ...makes for carting groceries easier. You hope to receive good neighbors but there is a chance you might not. Having repairs done by maintenance always seems to have quick turnaround time . It is a good place for seniors who retired , young professionals , young professionals with children. The grounds are well kept.

I would recommend this community because of the convenient location, the cleanliness of the neighborhood, and the adequate service probided by the office and maintenance staff.

My wife and I are comfortable living here. No issues to really complain about; other than our rent keeps going up each year. I would guess it's apart of the economy and that's the way it is. Other than that, I enjoy my living here.

the apartments have been remodeled and they are great all harwood floors all new appliances for being in the heart of the city near a hospital it is very quiet although it is farther away from shopping areas it is on a busline and a 15 minute drive to all shopping areas love it

Great location, neighborhood is very nice and peaceful , day and night . Reasonable rent . I love that the basement has washer and dryer hookups . The bedrooms are nice sizes . Maitnence is always quick . My only issue is the small kitchen, but I noticed that they are starting to upgrade them .
