Adagio on the Green

Very pretty property. Nice and quiet and serene. I like the area 15 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the Irvine spectrum which I love. Also right off the 5 freeway.

I’ve lived here at Adagio on The Green for almost a year and I love it. I truly appreciate the news letters and the communication from the office. We get lots of emails that keep us informed about what’s going on in the community. I like the food trucks they’re convenient for when I don’t want to cook. I like that we have available guest parking now so that when my kids come over they have a place to park. Thank you Ester for enforcing the rules. My favorite part of all about living here is the amazing golf course views.

How do I begin to say how thankful I am for our new management team! Nothing is too complicated with our new manager ester on board. She’s calm, collective and professional. She always comes through and ensures we have everything we need. She helped me get our new leasing documents completed and signed on time thank you Ester. We love Adagio we, we lived here in 2017 moved out of state and came back to Adagio in 2020 and still love it.

This complex has swiftly deteriorated over the past few years. From numerous saftey and cleanliness concerns, it is a shame that this place markets itself as a luxury complex. Not good!

Adagio has been an unexpected surprise. I have lived here for 4 months, and couldn't be happier. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The added treat are the views of the creek and golf course... not to mention all the different varities of birds; egrets, ducks and geese that fly over the creek and rest in the nearby trees. I live in nature within a city! The amenities are great, and the cardio gym has great equipment and it is fairly used... you feel like you have your own private workout gym. The residents here are very nice and considerate... it is amazing how quiet the community is considering the size. The staff team of leasing agents and property managers have been very friendly, professional and helpful and go out of there way to accomodate your needs. The maintenance team is quick, reliable and very, very nice! I have come to know all of them and they are always greeting me by name and asking if I ever need any help with anything. Thank you Sam, Terry, Lyn, Saul, Edgar, Manny, and Gabby for making me feel at home!

Before I moved in manager Terry showed me and said they have charge station for EV in building1 where I looked the apt. But after I moved and got EV I could not charge my car because they give some personal code for charging, also they take additional monthly payment for that. So they have just 5 spots for the whole building1 and just 5 people got this code and can charge their cars. Somehow she forgot to tell me about this before I've moved in. Besides, it took 4 days to get this information. I wrote 2 emails (which they left without response), I came to leasing office and called. Each time they said they'll reach me out to give a code, but they never contacted me back. So I had to come to the office again to get this info above mentioned. All they can do is to add me the waiting list. I think it's absurd to have a charger in your building, not having possibility to actually charge your car. The way as management responding before you move in and after is huge difference. I'm very disappointed with the experience like that.

Maintenence was was professional, knowledgeable, and fast.

We have lived here for over 6 years. Loving the apartment. Units come with Refrigerator and Washer & Dryer in unit. A plus!! The grounds are well maintained, Pool areas and spa are very clean and up- keep is good. The team here from the Manager Lyn, the maintenance has been excellent, the House- keeper does a very good job keeping all areas clean. If there are any problems, Lyn is always on top of the situations and tries to get resolved in a timely manner. Rent is a bit pricey though. But we highly recommend it anyway.

From the first day I walked into Adagio I fell in love with the grounds and the apartments. The staff here is amazing. Travis was a tremendous help from the first walk through to the present day. I filled out an application the day after I saw the apartment. My application was accepted two months before my my move-in date and came back several times to see the apartment, take measurements, pictures and walked the grounds again a couple more times with Travis. He always made himself available and made the decision to move into Adagio easy for me. Sam was another huge help! The entire process has been a pleasure and living here is amazing. The residents/leasing office and maintenance is always willing to help or answer any questions. I cant say enough about how great it is living here!!!

Adalgio On The Green is beautiful and well maintained. Neighbors are friendly, underground parking well lit and everything is always working. The office staff isnt perfect but everything else makes up for it. I would recommend to live here.

over the year Im living at adagio on green I never see any problem beautiful community with beautiful golf course view and you can sit outside and enjoy your day and time I definitely recommend to everybody

The property is gorgeous and the apartment had everything we need. Everything is kept clean and the leasing process was a breeze. The amenities are wonderful and everyone I have met so far on the property is very nice.

I lived in many apartment community but Adagio is my favorite I really like inside and you can smells of fresh nature when your going outside the apartment , Im so happy to live here good management thank you

I've had a good experience from Lyn and her team in the leasing office - Mike and his maintenance team always helpful,anytime I have questions or a maintenance issue, their right on it.. I’m still waiting on my Deposit, it was promised to me, over a week ago. Total days waiting is currently over a month. Spoke to the manager there and she wanted me to take down my negative review on yelp. Not happening, I’m going to have to call their corporate office and see what’s going on. Very poorly managed complex.

Our experience at Adagio on the Green has been more than we could have asked for. It has truly felt like a resort style living with the elevators, pools, gyms, architectural designs, and friendly staff. We are more than happy to have called Adagio our home.

Amazing apartment, professional staff, friendly neighbors, on a golf course (literally), awesome pools, great place to live overall.

Adagio on the Green is a hidden gem of Mission Viejo! Weve been here almost a year and have nothing but praise for the leasing team. Maintenance is excellent and responsive. Love the weekly food trucks. Working from home has been wonderful here! Overall very happy residents!

We find the Adagio on the Green a wonderful place to live. The apartments are well appointed with a washer & dryer and comes with a refrigerator. This is huge for us as other apartments do not have these features. We have been here for 5 years and we are happy with the Adagio team. Any maintenance problems have addressed in a timely manner and problems were solved to our satisfaction. The grounds are well maintained and lovely. Looking forward to more years here.

I've been living here for almost 2 years. No after hours support, NEVER see the patrol. Have had my car broken into several times. Have sent required documents required and have to follow up, follow up, follow up. The Manager is the worst.

Adagio is a beautiful community and the only apt complex that doesn't feel like one. It is surrounded by lush landscaping, golf course, walking bridges and nature and wildlife. Very lovely!

Adagio was one of the two places I had down selected in my search to find a place in the OC. Aside from the serene golf course views and overall peaceful atmosphere, Ryan their leasing consultant is awesome! He was friendly, professional, and understood what I was looking for.
