Property Ratings at Adagio Apartments
At first it was great. Now I realize none of my amenities (Washer/dryer, water heater, etc) really work. 7 minute showers and still wet clothes after 3 drying cycles in the dryer. I’m told that’s basically how the dryer is and that if I want a hot shower then all things that require heat in the house must be turned off. Everything that requires heat was turned off and I still only get a hot 7 minute shower. The office hours are terrible as well. There isn’t a box to drop off rent so if you need to turn in your rent on time you better not have a 9-5 job because that’s their office hours. You can pay online but they charge you $20 extra to do it that way. Cabinet space and drawer space in the kitchen is very limited, I couldn’t even place a silver ware divider in the drawer. And larger bowls don’t fit because they stick out so I have at least 3 cabinets sticking out. I will say the location is the only good part. Everything is within a mile from the complex: food, dog park, hair salons, gas, grocery, etc. I would not say though it’s worth the amount of rent they charge.
Everything at Adagio has been as described. Love that they pick up the garbage and recycling 5 times a week from my front door. Only complaint is many neighbours have dogs and they don't always clean up after them.
I am a resident of 6 years and very happy to live here. The office staff is very friendly, professional and willing to meet all my needs, more so the maintenance crew give excellent service and are so friendly, competent and just plain wonderful, the grounds all around the apartments are kept up very well. There is a great fitness center that is adjacent to the office building and is well equipped. There also is a pool on site. Another great advantage is that I am within walking distance of a great and good supermarket and several restaurants. This definitely is a winner as far as apartments go. One more advantage is that tracs, the train to go downtown, is just a few minutes drive away, very convenient.
The best part about Adagio is the leasing agents and maintenance crew. What a staff!!!
Adagio apartments are pretty good apartments. They are very Spacious and come it many different options to fit what your family needs. The staff is really great and super friendly. The only issue I have found is we tend to have to call Maintenance More then I would like but they do have a very fast response time.
I have lived here for over 4 years now...alone then with my daughter, then the granddaughter came....we all love it. Clean Pool, Clean Gym, Amazing Office and Staff, Great Service although very rarely needed. Friendly atmosphere and Very Pet Friendly as well. Competitive pricing overall. The overall #1 reason I will remain here is not only do I have a little gardening freedom and creative freedom to individualize my living space but mostly is I feel totally SAFE living here. Between the lighting and frequent passings by of the staff it is awesome security for females on their own and my little granddaughter!!! With my Mountain views and spacious lawns and bar b q areas it feels like I have so much space and privacy as well. Fun to entertain at the pool with outlets for our music and or cookers ....cool furnishings and always maintained and again we feel safe! We arent leaving anytime soon!! My apartment is not so big, but have all the commodities that my family need. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom that have a nice size. The distribution of every space is comfortable and has big windows that looks very clear. The common areas with extensive yard and a lake, and the pool are really beautiful.
This apartment complex LIES about the rental amount and does not tke care of simple requests. Andrew is very unprofessional. Leonard Riggs will never call me back.
Adagio apartments have been very good to me. Any problem that we've had has been instantly fixed. The location of these apartments are amazing. Its safe, nice, and close to everything. My favorite part about this apartment complex is the freshly baked cookies in the office every day. The staff is amazing as well
I have been living in draper Utah for the past year. Adagio is a wonderful property. Lots of apartments. 2 pools , play grounds volleyball courts, it's right off I15 freeway and Bangerter so access to anywhere is good . Fabulous place to live and raise a family. Great schools
My husband and I have lived in Adagio at Corner Canyon Apartments for almost 18 months now and we love it here! It's the first place that has felt like home for me in a long time. We have lived in several apartments over the years and Adagio, by far, has the best management. Everyone who works here is always willing to help you or work with you. The leasing agents are so kind and their maintenance team is great and is always time efficient. Besides the great people and feeling of community, these apartments are super cute and cozy. They have renovated them a lot since we first moved in and are really doing their best to update these apartments. They look brand new, but they still stick with the old price. I love the quietness here, landscape, beautiful big trees, and duck pond. I love to sit out there and relax at the end of a hectic day. The pond is a really nice bonus. The quality of the apartments are great too. They have their quirks just like any older apartment, but the maintenance guys are always quick to fix any issues. All in all, I have really enjoyed my time living here. I recommend Adagio to any of my friends looking to rent. I've actually referred some already and they have loved their experience here as well. Keep up the great work Adagio! =)
Adagio apartments is a great place to live with respectful community and are very decent rate. They are well priced, and the maintenance crew is on top of it. When me or my wife have any problems they are always there quickly. We pay 1070 a month. And it is well worth it they up keep all their stuff. And are always willing to help. Me and my wife just renewed our lease for another year. And the schools in the neighborhood are awesome.
My family and I have enjoyed living here. The units are almost sound proof, can hardly hear anything from the neighbors. The repair team is very quick and make sure to inform you of what they are doing and what if anything you need to do. The Staff is very friendly and seem to love their job. When we first looked into the Adagio Apartments my wife and i loved the layout of the 3 bedroom apartment. All of the master bathrooms have a much larger bathtub to relax in.
When we first moved in to Adagio in 2008 the Management was a little more caring than the last one we had before we moved out in 2013. The employees were very unpleasant when we called to ask for the maintenance guy to come over to fix something in our apartment. And when they came over they really did not fix anything, apart from this one guy. The others just made a mess and left it there for us to clean and did not fix whatever was broken. Every time we paid our rent ON TIME on their website we had a vacant notice on our door the very next day because online the payment took three days to process. We reported repeatedly the presence of mice in our apartment. The Management did not take care of that as fast as they were supposed to. We killed more than 7 mice in one week on our own! We were so tired of being neglected that we decide to move out as soon as we could. We went to talk to one of their unpleasant employee when our lease was up to sign a 6 months lease. Shockingly enough they raised our rent as much as they could. When we asked what the reason why they had raised our rent so high the answer that we got was: "We raised everyone's rent". Which later we found out through neighbors who rented 3 bedrooms apartment like us that they had not had their rent raised. We feel that Adagio was a positive experience in terms of now we know how to deal with dishonest people when we decide to rent an apartment. Stay away from Adagio!!!!!

The new management is a joke along with their maintenance. Luxury living yeah right . Had a dryer that takes 2 hours to dry a small load and told nothing was wrong with it. Walls and floors are so thin that you can hear your neighbor's
