We were very happy here but now they are kicking us out saying they are going to renovate the building. We requested to be relocated to another apartment and were denied of relocation or to honor the price on our lease for the next apartment we apply to here. I'm doubting on the renovation and thinking they are just looking to jack up the prices and make it unaffordable for us.
It’s unlikely that you got a parking spot after 8pm, but they absolutely refuse to address this issue. Also your neighbor scratch your car, I got paint damage for 3 times, because very narrow parking spot, or just because you park at the spot even it’s public but your neighbor think it’s theirs.

I have lived here for almost 6 months now, my first apartment ever. The process was fast and easy and the management team is nothing but amazing! They really help you as best as they can to make sure you are comfortable and get what you are looking for. Maintenance is amazing as well, very fast to respond and makes sure everything is done well. The apartment it self is definitely old, you can feel your neighbors walk around, and hear them occasionally but nothing too serious. Also these apartments are right in the middle of shopping centers, lots of stuff to do. I would recommend anyone to live here if you are just starting off!

Acappella has been my home for a year and a half. I really like this place, I mainly keep to myself and I don't use the amenity's. My favorite is the price and the distance to work. I work at the mall and it only takes 5-7 min to get to work, I love that. I hope people in the office can add more parking but overall Acappella is excellent.

I love how simple this property is and how convent the location is for me. I can get any wear in 15 mins. Excellent cost biases maybe not the best quality it would be nice if they upgraded. I also lucked out with getting a carport early. this time of the year the parking lot gets really full and if I come home too late I would never find a spot so a carport is a must. The office staff is amazing and the maintenance guys are stars!

Hello, I have lived here for around 20 years and I still love this place. Mainly for the location, its easy to retire here. I do not have a vehicle so the parking has never been my issue.

Residents have been getting towed daily. If you regularly get home after 6pm, do NOT move here. The only spots left will be illegal spots (which are also full every night) and there is not any street parking. I had to pay $600 to get my car out of impound this morning because I did not want to risk parking at the Chevron down the block with my infant where a man was murdered last week. We have also had literal mushrooms grow out of our walls, and cleaning daily will not get rid of the ants which have accumulated from years of water damage. We’ve had an exterminator out at least 5 times with no results. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Hi Erin, Thank you for speaking to us in the office about your concerns. We hope you see improvement very soon with the parking concerns brought to our attention. Please note updated parking stickers are being issued for a more strict 2-cars per apartment, garages are being audited and service vehicles will not longer be allowed to park onsite. Please note no such concerns have ever been reported to us regarding mushrooms or ants. As you are aware, we have onsite maintenance services- if you have a concern please report it to us so we can address asap.
Just about everything about this place is good. It has a nice community, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the maintenance team is very prompt whenever you have an issue. The only downside is parking in the evenings as it is really difficult to find a spot to park unless you have a car port or garage. Other than that, everything about this place is nice!

I am giving 5 stars to A'Cappella! It has been my home for a few years now. I feel safe here. I love swimming and I am so glad that A'Cappella has a huge indoor and outdoor pools for us. They just got a new outside furniture. The bus stops are just on a road. Easy access to Freeways. Location is perfect. Many stores and restaurants nearby. The staff is amazing and so helpful. Love this place!

Beautiful and spacious layout! Great green Community! I love shopping and I love Alderwood Mall, which is like 5 minutes away from here. It’s not too far from down town. Parking could be tough at night, but I have only one vehicle, so it’s ok. My favorite is the outdoor pool.

I have been leaving here for many years. I love my beautiful place. My apartment has a small fenced yard, spacious living room, lots of kitchen cabinets and much more. The location is great! Easy access to Freeways. I love the pools and spa. When my granddaughters are vising me, we always go swimming here. It is so much fun! I also love the Community events, such a Taco Tuesdays nights, Movie nights, Fried Chicken nights, Morning breakfasts and much more. The Stuff care so much about residents and always on a top of everything. The office open 7 days a week and maintenance on site all the time. The rent is fair enough. I am looking forward to stay here longer.

I have lived here for almost 4 years and plan on staying. Everyone in the complex is very nice. The office staff and maintenance are wonderful. The maintenance is very responsive every time. I once had a dead squirrel on my patio that the maintenance came in got within an hour. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have lived here for 9 months and all I can say is this, Managers don't understand customer service and won't bother to repair or fix things both in your apartment and on property. If you place a work order in the system it won't work or they delet them not sure what happen to them other then you have to fight with them to get anything done. Parking is the worst thing ever and the will tow your car they get some sick pleasure out of it a guess. Nothing like your landlords cause if you more pain and money. There aren't even close to enough parking spots and if that's not bad they will put up posts up on uncovered spaces for someone that's paying leaving even less for others to park. They change the rules when ever and however they like to benefit thenselves not you and resident. Pool and spa are always cold or not even open as the maintenance team have no clue what they are doing to the point the health department came in and closed it down due to the chemicals or lack of, instead of fixing this in the 3 days the city gives you they closed both the pool and spa to all the residence. They don't care about you The management team is the worst people you will ever have to deal with. They act like children with an excuse for everything Shannon the manager of this property is the worst manager I have ever had to deal with and shows no care for anyone on site. She clearly has no idea on how to run an apartment complex but that because the management group response the same way nothing but excuses and childish games. Some of the office ladies have been really nice the problem is the horrible manager Shannon. Save yourselves the migraine and look else where if we could leave before our lease is up we would. Stay away at least till they change leadership.

I love that we are 1 block from gas, fast food and grocery store, we have bus stops just outside of our 2 gates, we have an indoor pool as well as outdoor , work out room and a beautiful cabana. we have wonderful maintenance staff, our office staff is wonderful and always helpful. we are a pet friendly community. this is a wonderful place to live or I would not have been here since 2011.
