Property Ratings at Abode Living at 8th Avenue North
Had a wonderful experience living here. The apartment manger, Kim, was always friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Anytime I had an issue or needed something fixed they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. The apartment themselves were clean when I moved in and I had just enough room for me and my dog. I would highly recommend checking this place out.
The place was not cleaned at all upon move in. I cleaned it and made it almost livable until the neighbors bed bugs forced me to trash a new mattress and move out. Management is as bad as the bugs and refused to return a dime of the deposit.
