Situated in Northwest Raleigh next to William B. Umstead State Park, Crabtree Valley takes its name from the popular mall located on its central east side. Abode Kerr Ridge is a great place to live! The community is beautiful, management is friendly, the homes are modern and well laid out, and the location is convenient to everything I need. Thrilled I moved in.
Such a humble Abode! These townhomes are not only beautiful, inside and out, but the community makes you feel so welcome. The leasing office manager, Jess, has been exemplary throughout the process making sure you feel involved in activities. Service requests are handled quickly and the communication has been top notch. Can't say enough great things. I do wish there were better amenities, like a pool or fitness center, but they have just added a dog park and there are great areas for walking. You feel safe, and that's what matters. You feel like you're living luxuriously and everyone is very friendly.
We've really enjoyed living in this community. The technology included in the homes is great and the modern look/feel of this area is exactly what we were looking for. The property management team has been great to us!
I am just coming up on my 1st year here! I can’t say enough good things! I have personally had the pleasure of watching my community grow! When I moved in I was the fifth person here, a year later we are fully occupied with all neighbors. Watching the management team this property has build our neighborhood by creating great get togethers and experiences for building friendships with neighbors. This really is high end living! We moved here for work and had to find a place without seeing it. The website does a great job of clearly demonstrating what the property is like. The leasing staff is amazing. They answered all of my questions about the units and helped us pick one that fit our needs. The space itself is clean, quiet and spacious. Our proximity to downtown and highways makes getting anywhere a breeze. We haven’t been here long but we are loving it so far!
I wish I was able to move here when we first moved from Florida. This community is beautiful and quiet. Management is also the best. I appreciate everything and everyone here.
