Living at Abbie lakes by Cortland has been great , this is my first apartment so my main thing was being in an area that was comfortable safe . I’ve never had an issue with Abbie lakes and it’s a quiet area ! Enjoyed my time here so far !

Great apartments and it’s a nice quiet area! Everyone pretty much minds their business and enjoys the space.
Abbie Lakes has been a reasonable experience and I would recommend for first time renters with pets. The management team at Abbie Lakes makes the experience pleasant with the way they present themselves as professionals at all times.
I will always sing the praises of Abbie Lakes and the staff. They are kind, always say hello, and fix any issues promptly with wonderful customer service. Can’t imagine trying to find somewhere with better community care.
For my first apartment, The staff were incredibly helpful and nice with walking me through the leasing steps. The apartments themselves are incredible, with not a ton of issues for my entire stay. Very likely to recommend to anyone who wants to live in the area
Management has shared that there is no plan to implement security cameras, and apparently have neither improved on security patrols. The safety of residents is not a primary concern!!!

Abbie Lakes is a great place to live if you want a quiet yet friendly community. April and Adam are the best leasing team you could ask for. They have made the moving-in process incredibly easy. If you have a question, request, or problem, they are quick to respond and ensure that things are taken care of promptly. As a younger couple with one full-time remote worker, we appreciate the quietness of the community. Don't get us wrong, though; it is quiet, but there is still a lot of movement within the community. People are often out walking, at the dog park, playing in the yards, but still respectful and quiet. We love it here.

Great kitchen counter space. Jacuzzi bathtub, large bathroom shelving, separated laundry space shared with utility closet (in bathroom - has its own door and light switch). Doors are installed so that smack each other if both open, but the laundry setup is worth it to me for the price of the apartment. Walk-in closet in master bedroom in a unit with one bathroom. Units with 2 bathrooms have 2 bathtubs, which I think is really cool. It IS a bit dirty around the grounds... but the neighbors are nice, and I guess, honestly, if you live on the first floor like me, you could sweep the cement entryway. I guess that's not too much to ask... you're really not going to find a better space for a better price. I look all the time. Even Cortland communities don't have a killer layout that Abbie Lakes does.

This is a nice place to live. Good walking, biking trails, not a lot of traffic, no loud unnecessary noise, just hard-working honest people living here.

Nice community to live however need better insight for pet owners. I have seen pet owners without their pet on a leash as well as not pick up their pet droppings

Abbie Lakes is a great place to call home. I was hesitant about living in an apartment because I had heard horror stories and living so close to so many unknown people made me a little uneasy. However, the staff has been wonderful, my apartment feels safe, all of my neighbors that I have met have been pretty great, and despite being in an apartment complex, I still feel like I get to enjoy a lot of nature. Its been a complete blessing to live here and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone looking for an apartment.

We were looking for an apartment last minute and needed to move. We were looking for another complex and mistakenly came here. Tracy asked what were we looking for. Explained and she said that she had what we were looking for. Still wasn't convinced because I didn't want to pay the rental price. She showed us around and when I say, her sales skills are incredible and she is very friendly....she convinced us just like that! I actually love my apartment...the soaking tub is a BONUS! Dana, Tracy, and the maintenance crew are amazing. Maintenance came the very next morning from an order I put in the evening before. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. You will love it here.

Abbie Lakes is the place to live! Such a calm community. I can take my dog to the dog park, the trail is LITERALLY next to my house, I have a nice view of the pond, and I ALWAYS have a place to park. I plan on staying here until I buy my first home!
Good living mostly wish they gave beter options for lease renewals to valued residents instead of market rate computer generated options that subject you to a 120 rent increase so u have the option to renew or your stuck if like me you didn't see it coming nit to mention the pest i dealt with for nearly half my lease term and it wasnt taken in to consideration to nit hike up my rent atleast that would have been appreciated but hay market rate is market rate and your just a number the computer generated HAPPY Halloween!
