Property Ratings at Abbey Rowe Apartments
The landscape is poorly done and half the time I see no one at work in the office or office is closed during supposed hours of operations. Complaints are rarely addressed where I continue to see the problem occurring. For the price we pay I have seen low grade changes and not even the rules of the complex being enforced properly as it should.
Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They were great helping us move from across country to get us into an apartment. If you need anything they are very responsive and polite. They will deliver packages from the office if you can't get to them due to work. Pros: -Staff is amazingly polite and friendly -Staff can sign for packages and deliver them. No more missed packages! -Complex is new and well kept. Fresh paint and very well maintained. -Animal friendly with 3 off-leash dog parks scattered about. -It has a spa, pool, and workout facility on-site. -Assigned parking Cons: -Garage was $125/mo and limited amount available. Car ports cover your assigned spots so it's not all bad. -Parking for a 2nd vehicle for an assigned spot is hard to obtain. There very rarely is any issues with finding a spot but sometimes it's a bit of a walk on busy days. -Price. The apartments are priced fairly but there are other options nearby with slightly lower rent. You get what you pay for however and I feel the staff alone helps justify the cost.
