Stretched along the Rappahannock River, Fredericksburg is about halfway between Richmond and Washington, DC. Once home to George Washington’s mother, Mary Washington, and the site of several Civil War battles, Fredericksburg is a history lover’s dream.

First off the leasing office has been amazing and so generous. Maurice has helped me through the process of renting my first property ever and he’s been so patient and kind. I definitely recommend him he’s awesome! I spoke to Stephanie on the phone several times and communicated with her. She was yet very helpful, respectful. I move in December and can only imagine how it will be then. They are awesome, and recommend leasing here!

I only been here for a week now and I already love it ! Maurice was very helpful and professional since day one! Everyone in the leasing office is so nice ! Maintenance is amazing when I needed a few things fixed it happen quickly. If your looking for a place this place is it!

We have been here for a couple of years now and absolutely love it. Brandi and Shannon have been wonderful. The facility is well taken care of and you can tell that they care. And not only about the facility, but the tenants as well. Plus the response from the staff with any maintenance issue has been Excellent. I've never hesitated to recommend this place anyone who is looking.

Within the past two weeks, I have spoken with Shannon, Brandy, and Stepfanie and they have been amazing to work with. They have been so friendly and helpful throughout this process for my boyfriend and I as this will be our 1st apartment together and he is moving across state lines. They have answered all of my questions and have gone above and beyond. We are very excited to be placed in an apartment and move in during the April time frame. I enjoy my apartment! I am amazed at how quiet it is, a sign of a well built building. My unit was picture perfect with new appliances and has a nice layout for a one bedroom. I appreciate the gated community and that the doors have smart locks. In order to enter your building, you need to use a Fob. I am spoiled by the trash service; you leave it by your front door and they pick it up. The amenities include a clean gym and a welcoming common area that even has a kitchen for entertaining. I am thankful that they offer short term leases, but I could see myself doing a full term if I was staying longer. Access to I-95 is four minutes away, and plenty of shopping within a one mile radius. I highly recommend Abberly at Southpoint for singles (like me) and for the families and respectful pet owners I see everyday. And no, I am not an employee, I just know quality when I see it!
