Great building

We have lived here about a year now, great smaller building with only 22 units. All of the top floor units have 18 foot ceilings, hard wood floors in the main living spaces. Only bad things are that the spiral staircase for the loft cuts into the living room space, but you get a loft! And the bathrooms are in each bedroom, so if you have guests they have to go through the bedroom. Overall a great place to live with a responsive management company and good rent for the area.
