Hey guys how are you doing? My name is Codie Hecht and I am trying to sublease my apartment room which is located in a 4 bedroom all inclusive unit in University village apartments . It is right off mallard creek and walking distance to UNCC, ten minutes to Cato campus, 15 mins to uptown. It comes with wifi and cable, electric,water, and a washer and dryer, along with a flat screen in the living room that is included. I love living in uville but I have to move back home and I signed a lease for this school year but have to move. The soonest you can move in is on August 17, 2017. I have not set foot in my apartment and haven't even gotten the keys so it is going to be a great place to move in because the room has been cleaned and redone for the move in date.
