Miss happiness and caring of 1st year residents. Residents this year seem to be more kind and considerate than during my 2nd lease renewal year. The leasing agent is taking steps towards bringing complex back up to luxury status and welcoming resident interaction with events, newsletters, postings of interest and has been taking appreciated steps towards package delivery organization and securing premises. However, still looking forward to the time when there will be repairing and repainting walls damaged by move ins and outs, steam cleaning carpets and upholstery, and exterior window cleaning.

Location location location! Lots of shops & restaurants on route 9 & 18 very convenient. Staffs and residents are wonderful! Swimming pool is definately a plus and fitness center is superb.. overall I give A

The community is safe and friendly, for people who have small family or couples who have small furry friends. Or even just singles who like to live in a friendly neighborhood and yet still have personal space. I like this community, for its quiet spaces and convenience. There’s small hospital, few big shopping plazas nearby, convenient stores and gas stations, Walmart and Costco, and the rental apartments are located at the junction of Rt. 9 and 18, so everything you need is in the reach.

I have been here for last 3years. Overall positive experience except that the office staff doesn’t enforce on people who smoke or use tobacco products despite it being promoted as smoke free
Love living at the bridge! Some neighbors have quickly become friends! There’s always a hangout spot, and the mail service is top tier. Rooms could be a little bigger but hey

The community is mainly quiet and pleasant to live. However the mailbox and package area is a bit small. When few sizable packages arrive, the mailbox area becomes crowded. Hub locker may need to increase the number of slots; because whatever packages not fit in the locker, all lay around the floor… It happened to me few times I can’t find my package, and had to dig through the packages on the floor… as holidays are coming up and more packages are expected, hopefully the management team can take the alert.

Just moved in but I have had a great and easy moving experience with Patricia in the leasing office and our maintenance manager has been awesome and helpful explaining everything on move in day! The apartment and grounds are beautiful.

We’ve been living here for over 2years and staffs are amazing quick response to your needs, amenities are wonderful such as fitness center, swimming pool, and BBQ grills. 3rd floor apts much brighter because it has loft ceilings emits extra sunlight.

Location is desirable with easy access to highways. Upkeep of common areas is missing at 99 Bridge. Apt repairs are done swiftly. Exterior windows haven’t been cleaned in 2 years, if at all. Hallway walls are scuffed and in need of painting; lighting throughout common area and in apartments has dimmed considerably over the years; package deliveries not in the Amazon hub pile up without order and we all have to find our own packages among dozens and this is without holiday deliveries; securing premises via exterior doors is not consistent and are often left open; residents in general are not courteous; carpeting and inside lounge couch is noticeably stained. The building carpeting seems to be only spot vacuumed. It’s common, particularly on weekend days when leasing agent is off premises, that elevators and hallways smell like marijuana. Many of the Lease rules are not followed by residents and recourse is selective for the lease breakers.
So peaceful place to live. Great amenities and very friendly staff as well as management team. Super nice and neat whole entire apartment buildings.

Great place to live - the pool the common areas the outdoor spots. The pool is saltwater and maintained immaculately. So nice! The elevators need some work but overall it’s wonderful.

Nice, friendly, clean building and pleasant atmosphere. Great place for rental. Priced reasonably as includes good amenities: gym, pool, lounge, grills outside, dog park, kids park. Walking distance to bus to NY. Close to all: shopping, restaurants, pharmacy, gas station. Management always availaton premises. Continue to recommend as rental option.

Great place to live! Amenities are wonderful. Pool, Gym, court yard and more are well kept and always available. The only thing is that they charge fees for everything for example, getting locked out of your apartment they charge you $100 to get back in. That is excessive!! In addition the walls are thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors home.

At first it was amazing then things started changing. Lot of complaints, rude neighbors staff changed. Things went south really fast here. Need more things at the dog park as well.
Overall, living here has been a good experience. It is a new construction and I was the first one in my unit. The apartment is on the smaller side, but is very nice. Maintenance responds to inquiries fast. Just don't lock yourself out, it will cost you.

Have been living here for past 2 years. For most part they are able to maintain the consistency in terms of maintenance, gym, kids play room and cleanliness.

Beautiful building, pleasant lounge area with fireplace, building staff attentive, friendly neighbors, nice size apartment, good closet space, inside apartment washer/dryer is a plus, nice touch- wine holder above the fridge, new appliances, balcony for warm summer evenings to sit outside and enjoy the breezy weather, assigned parking space, close to all- bus to get to NY, stores, restaurants to go out, pool on premises to dive in for a swim during hot summer days, all areas kept clean at all times. So far, I would recommend to someone who is looking to rent.

Since moving into this Apartment I am very relaxed. Staff is accessible and polite! It is exceptionally clean. Very convenient for shopping and getting around otherwise. I do not have any complaints.

We Live here Since Second week of November, Everything looks Great. Hallway, Lobby and Corridor is really Nice and Neat. Management is great.

Very nice apartment interior, lobby, lounge, work center and gym. Amazon Hub size and set-up not sufficient to handle the volume and varied sizes of boxes, food, and package deliveries being dropped off all around the vestibule, lobby and mail area. Seemingly, high on-site leasing team turnover… Some of the residents are friendly. Landlord sponsors a few resident gathering events throughout the year, which have bern pleasant to attend.
