With steps up to the entrance area, this townhouse condo accommodates up to six guests. This family-sized townhouse is perfect for an action-packed stay in Fernie. The main living area has the kitchen, dining area, and lounge area with much natural light due to the high ceilings and large windows. There is a large wall-mounted TV, gas fireplace, comfortable sectional sofa, and a four-seater dining table, with two extra dining spaces at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to make a quick snack or whip up a full meal. Cooking oil, salt, pepper, and fresh coffee beans are provided for your use during your stay. From the dining area, there are glass doors out to the private decked area which has outdoor furniture and a barbecue for your personal use. There is a ski locker on the front deck for your sporting gear. You enter the townhouse and arrive in the beautifully decorated hallway with a place to hang your coats and store your clothing accessories. Off the hallway, you will find the laundry closet with a washer and dryer for your use. All beds are dressed in hotel-quality bed linen, and the bathrooms are stocked with cozy towels and locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo. You will need a vehicle to get to the property. Please bring your own padlock for the ski locker, or rent one if needed. Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed. Fines and/or eviction may occur for broken building rules. If you track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit, a minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/dirt stained and require steam cleaning, including communal areas. No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes is allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines. There will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
