The Short North District and the Greater Columbus Convention Center are each a 5-minute walk away. Nationwide Arena Stadium is a 10-minute walk away. Ohio State University campus and the downtown Columbus area are less than 1 mile away. Kroger Food Market is also less than 1 mile away. Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive away, CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
