Available on June 1st. 1 year lease, $3395 per month rent (utilities not included), $3395 refundable security deposit and a carpet cleaning fee of $395 upon move-out. $55 non-refundable application fee for a tenant screening check. Walking distance: - 1 minute walk, Licton Springs Park with playground. - 2 minute walk, North Seattle College. - 4 minute walk to North Seattle College (served by many bus routes). - 5 minute walk to Oak Tree Village with a movie theater, Starbucks, grocery store and a few places to eat. - 7 minute walk, Mineral Springs Park with disc golf course. - 8 minute walk, King Country Metro bus E-line (~21 minute ride to Space Needle). - 12 minute walk to the Northgate Light Rail Station. Just beyond walking distance: - 1 mile to the south, Green Lake is 1 mile to the south, where you can find tennis courts, basketball courts, swimming areas, and a walk/bike/skate trail. Our neighborhood also has two smaller but equally lovely trail parks: Licton Springs Park (w/playground) and Mineral Springs Park (w/disc golf course). - 1 mile to the northeast, Northgate Shopping Center and a variety of other retail outlets. Getting Around: The house is a 12 minute walk from the Northgate light rail station via the I-5 Pedestrian Bridge. The house is also located in an area very well-served by King County Metro with many bus routes a short walk away. For instance, the house is within an 8 minute walk from the "Rapid Ride" E-line which takes riders downtown in approximately 21 minutes. Application Terms: Every person wishing to reside in the unit who is 18 years of age or older must apply. Applicants must meet specific criteria. To be approved, applicants must have a credit score of 700 or higher. The credit report may be accessed through any of the three credit reporting agencies, Experian, Equifax or TransUnion. Tenants with an eviction, are a sex offender, or have a terrorist-related conviction are not accepted. Public records will be accessed for review in jurisdictions where legal. Applicants must have positive land lord and employment references and must have verifiable gross income of at least three times the rental rate. Pay stubs, year-end tax statements, investment account statements and other forms of proof of income may be used to verify this information. We do not accept "Portable Screening Reports", applicants must fill out an online application and be screened through this process. Lease Terms: Available on June 1st. 12 month lease, $3395 per month rent (utilities not included), $3395 refundable security deposit and a professional carpet cleaning fee of $395 upon move-out. $55 non-refundable application fee for a tenant screening check. Tenant is required to retain renters insurance with a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage. No smoking, no pets, and tenant maintains the yard (basically just mowing the front lawn and sidewalk strip).
