Another queen bedroom provides a quiet retreat, while the Rustic room features a twin over full bunk bed. The Avengers room includes two twin beds and a trundle. Two living areas give your group room to spread out, with a downstairs living room ideal for gathering and an upstairs loft for relaxed downtime. The home includes air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and a TV. A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional fee. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. A starter kit of essentials is provided for bathrooms, laundry, and the kitchen.
