Located in a gated masterplan community in ChampionsGate, FL, this house is just 20–25 minutes from Disney World, 30 minutes from SeaWorld, and 35 minutes from Universal Studios. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied subject to up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park in the driveway in front of the garage.
