Check-in is from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally an early check-in request may be accommodated but this is not guaranteed. Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out, guests are kindly asked to put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two keysets including fobs for access to the suite and parking garage. The garage height is 6'8" (2.03 m) so ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction. All our properties are non-smoking. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours. Minimum age to rent is 25. Pets are not permitted. Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building. No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance.
