Upon check-out, guests are kindly asked to put the towels in the washer and turn it on, put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on, remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator, and dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay and are provided with two keysets including fobs for access to the suite and parking garage. The garage height is 6'8" (2.03 m), so ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction. Storage space for bikes is provided. All properties are non-smoking, and city and strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies, or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. The minimum age to rent is 25. Pets are not permitted.
