There is a back deck that looks out onto the backyard. Driveway parking is available for one car only. Street parking is also available. Apartment has AC/heater units, fridge, washer/dryer, compact dishwasher, electric oven/stovetop, quartz kitchen countertop, vinyl floors, and blinds. The washer/dryer is in an unfinished storage space inside the apartment. Some of the "quarks" of this property: 1. Driveway and apartment entry are at a steep decline. This is not ideal for those with mobility issues, especially when it rains. 2. The basement is below street level, so the plumbing requires an injector pump. There is no garbage disposal. Large debris cannot be discarded down any drains or down the toilet. ABOSLUTELY NO TAMPONS or WIPES down the toilet - this will break the pump. 3. The back yard is open to a pond.
