I enjoy that they always have such a great attitude when I’ve contacted them for anything I’ve needed, big or small. The apt is also really beautiful and the grounds are immaculate. We are living here for a 6 month trial period while we determine if we can survive in the big city of Austin, as we are from a small town in East Texas. We enjoy the quiet neighborhood, the layout of our 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment is just right for us. We enjoy sitting on our patio and watching people and their dogs. Everyone is friendly and kind, including the staff and maintenance workers.

From the beautiful location, the amazing staff it was perfect experience. I always enjoyed living here with my family. Community is really good, even management is always supportive. Not Like: car towing company. Recently, my friend came to visit for and we ask him to come up for Tea, and it took max 15 min, and in between his car towed, we need to set limitation at least for 1 hours. Even we were ready to pay but towed lady was so rude and she intentionally let us wait for 2 hours midnight. Requesting you to please consider this things, this is not at all convenient for resident and our visitor

Surprisingly, I didn't see this community on any website, and I saw it while crossing by, and I stopped by to check it out. My first impression was WOW !! Great rate, Great floor plan, quiet, clean, and beautiful community. Then I knew this was my next home !!! Also, my friends loved my new home and were surprised by the rates and deals, and home much spacious this community is.

Overall, my time here has been positive: the community is friendly, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the grounds are well-landscaped. However, there are two areas that need attention: the outdoor BBQ grills are often broken and in need of repair, and dog waste is frequently left around the complex, which creates an unpleasant and unsanitary environment.

Arrived to a clean apartment. Appears to be freshly painted. Staff was friendly and efficient. The apartment is very roomy for 2bed2bath. We are enjoying the on-site gym and walking trail behind our apartment.

Initially move in was rocky with readiness & having to reschedule movers etc however since I have become pleasantly grateful of office staff & regional leadership. I appreciate maintenence for always quickly resolving any submitted request. Although miscommunication can occur with changes in office personnel I think we now have a solid crew however Renee & Alondra are consistent presences, oftentimes busy yet approachable given the nature of matter or atleast an email away allowing them time to respond based on availability without feeling unheard. I only plan to move into a larger unit because this property stuck with us for some time??

I've been living at 9520 for the past 2 years, and I can honestly say it's been a great experience. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and very well-maintained. The open floor plan, stainless steel appliances, and large windows make the space feel bright and inviting. The maintenance team is always quick to respond to any requests, and the management staff is friendly and professional.

Great area, Nice looking exterior, Inside is up-to-date with beautiful wood, very spacious for a great price! Definitely one of the best deals for what you get i’d recommend touring!

Doubting if renewing lease was worth it. Not a bad complex. 2 years already and It seems like we have not had support from the leasing folks since we have escalated some opportunities and those have not gotten addressed, also gate complex has been broken for a bit already and I did not get an email explaining why or when it will get fixed. I may have missed it but doubt it since I check my email very often

Very safe community, responsive maintenance team, friendly leasing office, pool and gyms. Not the most luxurious apartment but for this low price, you definitely can’t find a better one.

Beautiful community and community lounges/ pool and pretty decently priced for how nice apartments are. only downside is management is hard to reach because manager seems to never be there and doesn’t respond to emails… as well as minimal parking.

Love the area. The environment is quiet and the insulation within the units are nicely done. No noise comes in unless you open the door. The color scheme and floor plan is magnificent along with the size.

Office and maintenance staff are very friendly and supportive. Apartment was pretty clean when we moved in. Complex is well maintained. Pool, fitness room and residence inside and outside areas are very nice. The outside area next to pool would be a great place to hang out with friends when the evening cool off. The lighting in the pool area reminds me of a fancy hotel.

Love the location but noise disturbance is another level. Complained to leasing office but nothing really happened and they are not actively helping. Leasing office agents will rather say that I should go upstairs and talk directly to them which I did couple times. You won't be happy if you get disturbed morning and night.

Just moved in, easy process, a couple of minor maintenance issues upon move in which is common but they were attended to very quickly. Ivy is a big help!

The move in process was a little bumpy, it could have been much smoother if the leasing agent was knowledgeable about the details for income verification. When i moved in to my new unit, the microwave door were cracked, handle was lose, fridge door had many scratches and dings, ceiling lams were lose, bath tub draining slowly, amongst other things.

I've been living at 9520 for the past year, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is great. The community is situated in a prime location with easy access to shopping centers, public transportation, and major highways. It’s incredibly convenient for both work and leisure.
