Please Note: There will be ongoing construction on the property during the tenancy. Construction is currently anticipated to be completed around March; however, this is an estimated timeline only and completion by that date cannot be guaranteed. In consideration of the ongoing construction, tenants signing a 12-month lease will receive a credit equal to one month’s rent, applied to the final month of the 12-month lease term.
