The suite shares the laundry room with the main home, which has a separate entrance, and there is no parking spot assigned to this rental unit, but residential street parking is available. The well-appointed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and various amenities to ensure you have everything necessary to whip up your culinary creations! There is also an upstairs suite in the carriage home that is permanently rented, so some noise from the upper unit may be heard during your stay. Check-in is from 4pm P.S.T. and check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Guests are kindly asked to put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit upon check-out. All of our rentals are non-smoking of any kind, with fines enforced at $250 for each instance. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed. No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by our trusted partner. The suite features a work desk for those who want to work from home as well as a smart TV.
