Only registered guests are allowed at the house, and any visitors must be disclosed and approved. Parking is only allowed on the driveway, and care should be taken not to hit the pilings with your vehicle. Smoking, parties, and events are prohibited, and engaging in illegal activities on the property is not allowed. Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness throughout their stay, and any accidental damage should be reported immediately. Noise should be kept to a minimum during nighttime hours.
