The 2nd floor has a large 13x17 bedroom with 3 twin bed. Also, there is a beach, rowboat, canoe and boat ramp on the property. Being at the end of a dead end road, and abutting 500-acre conservation area, very private. There is a large shed for storage. Only dates for showing, 8/18-8.20; 8/29-9/1. No Smoking, pets with restrictions, tenant responsible for yard and snow removal. It has been a winter rental for 20+ yrs.
