Outside, the downstairs patio has a fire pit, charcoal grill, lounge areas, and outdoor dining tables. There's also an upper deck for you to enjoy the fresh air and views. The entire house is yours to enjoy, except for the attic and any locked cabinets. There’s also a covered trailer next to the house that is off-limits. These areas are clearly marked with ropes, so you’ll know which spaces are reserved for guests. The cargo lift is not for guest use. The properties at the beach utilize septic systems, so do not put anything other than toilet paper into the system. Do not block the roadway. No fryers in the house or on the deck (crawfish, shrimp, crabs, turkey). No fires cooking, etc. on the deck. No bonfires in the yard. Limit late-night activities so you don't disturb your neighbors. All trash must be bagged and taken to the street-side receptacle for pick-up. No pets are allowed. No use of tents, RVs, campers, or motor homes will be allowed on the premises. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed per your rental contract.
