Enjoy access to the resort-style heated pool, jacuzzi hot tub, fitness center, large outdoor fireplace, BBQ area, and arcade. Pool access is subject to season and weather. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on the length of your stay. Maximum of two pets allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and some breed restrictions apply. It's also a quick drive or ride-share to other attractions. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am daily. A $500 penalty will be assessed for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. Weapons and drugs are prohibited, and police will be called for any violations. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. Guests must provide a valid photo ID to complete the booking and may be asked to complete a criminal background check.
