One pet permitted with refundable $500 pet deposit, and references. Private, ground-level storage unit, perfect for bicycle storage. Please have verifiable positive rental history and verifiable income at least 2 times the rent. This is not a "base" rent as stated by apartments dot com below...this is everything except utilities and internet, which the tenant pays directly to the provider. Rent includes the HOA fee, water, and trash collection. I use the apartments dot com platform to collect all rents and deposits. I am an experienced, responsive owner and I have a great track record with my tenants.
