This apartment has it’s own private entrance; Off-Street parking and a deck over looking a garden in historic Downtown asheville suburb. The space is attached to a home designed by nationally renowned architect Richard Smith, who also designed the historic Grove Park Inn Hotel. You can stroll down Country Club Lane, passed Grove Park Inn’s nationally renowned Golf Course, which is .5 miles walking distance from the Apartment. There you have full access to restaurants, Golf Course, Spa, Grovewood Gallery (featuring the work of 400 local artisans), and free tours of the Antique Car Museum. Located at the base of Town Mountain, you will have easy access to hiking trails and an access point to the Blue Ridge Parkway and National Park, (just 2 miles from the Apartment). Rest assured we are following all cdc guidelines for disinfecting.
