Centrally Located Bright 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Apartment AVAILABLE the beginning of September 2023 6 month to 1 year lease preferred, negotiable Great home in a centrally located area. Just a mile and a half off of Highway 36. Easy access to Boulder, Denver, you name it. The apartment is the upper level of my home. My dog (4 year old Australian Shepherd mix) and I live in the basement apartment. The two bedroom/one bath apartment upstairs is a very comfy apartment with wooden floors and a wood-burning fireplace. The home features a large fenced in backyard with a large concrete patio. There is a gas grill and a gas fire pit to enjoy. Plenty of storage in the shed in the backyard, or space in the garage if need be. Brand new washer and dryer are in the basement. Laundry area would be the only part in the home that would be shared. Maximum occupancy: 3 people. All tenants to be listed on lease. All tenants to pay for background/credit check. Rent includes all utilities and internet
