About This Property

This is a rare find! No broker fee! You would have the option of signing a lease for 7-12 months. The apartment is pretty large and airy, new appliances, Dish washer, washer dryer in the basement, shared back yard great for growing veggies, And it's Pet Friendly! There are two closets in the bedroom, one of which is a walk in. I have a Queen size bed and frame I can sell if interested as well. The apartment has a cozy modern feel to it. This is the ideal area of Hoboken to be in my opinion! You are Uptown, just a few blocks from Washington Ave, but far enough away from it for some peace and quiet. I am looking to move out anytime between October 15th to December 1st, so I can be flexible to your needs. If interested, I will set you up with my real estate agent who will guide you through the whole application process. The building does require good credit and references, but If you have a co signer they would be flexible. Depending on how you would like to approach the lease, you can either take over my remaining months ( My lease is ending April 1st) or you can start a whole new 12 month lease. There will be no broker fee for this apartment which is great! You only pay your 1st month and a security deposit upon moving in. My security deposit was 1 and a half months rent but they may only charge you one month. I also paid a small pet fee which is refundable when i move out. The building is pet friendly, of course. I believe there is only one other couple in the building that has a dog though, so It is not over run with dogs coming and going at all. I currently have a medium size dog and they only asked for some pictures of her and vet records to make sure she was up to date on her vaccines. No smoking in the building. There is usually plenty of street parking. This is a really nice quiet building.
