This unique A-frame-style home sleeps up to 8 guests and is designed for fun, comfort, and easy access to everything Tahoe. This home features multiple comfortable sleeping areas, a relaxed living space ideal for movie nights and board games, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, dishware, and essentials. Enjoy a large front deck with seating for 8-10 and string lights for evening hangouts, a private hot tub in the fenced backyard, and a BBQ area with a grill and smoker for outdoor cooking. Yard games like cornhole are available to keep the fun going, and the fully fenced backyard is perfect for pets. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, coolers, and yard games. Bring your pup along as this cabin is pet-friendly; please include pets in your reservation and follow house rules. The garage is for storage only and not for vehicle parking. Ample free parking for up to 4 cars is available in the private driveway. Located in the heart of Incline Village, this home is just minutes from Lake Tahoe's beaches, the Hyatt casino, and Diamond Peak Ski Resort. It's approximately a 2-3 minute walk to the Championship Golf Course. The neighborhood is quiet and upscale, with easy access to local restaurants, cafes, and shops, as well as nearby trails and forest roads for outdoor adventures. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 7 AM. A late check-out fee of $100 will be applied if guests fail to check out by the standard 10 AM time. Vehicles parked on the property must be free of oil leaks, or a cleaning fee will be charged. Winter stays may require 4WD/AWD or chains due to snowy and icy mountain roads. Please shower before using the hot tub and keep glass away from the tub area. Altitude is higher than sea level, so stay hydrated and take it easy your first day if you’re not used to it.
