Property Ratings at 930 Poydras
I’ve lived here for seven years and plan to renew my lease. Many staff members have been with the company for years, which speaks to the strong sense of community and consistency. The front desk team is always helpful, and I truly enjoy both my neighbors and the stunning sky lobby views!
Do not live here. The music from the virgins hotel is so loud. The bass will haunt you. The staff is unfriendly. Elevator has been broken for a month, leaving one elevator for floors 9-21. Security guards constantly sleeping at the desk. Mail room is just random. I do not recommend living here at all.
This is the first apartment review I have ever written, and I am doing so for a place that I don’t even call home! I visited the property during my search for a place to live downtown and loved the location, feel of the building, and community. The staff were all extremely pleasant, however, I was particularly impressed with Ashley. I have visited many apartment communities over the years, and Ashley is without a doubt the BEST leasing agent that I have ever worked with. She was extremely patient and willing to spend as much time as needed to help me understand everything about my options. What amazed me the most is how knowledgeable she is not only about her properties, but about competing properties (floor plans, prices, amenities, even the staff). She is just ridiculously good at her job. The only reason I did not choose this property is because I needed a little more space than was available to me at this time, and I still almost picked it just because Ashley did such a great job of trying to accommodate me. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a great place downtown to check out this property. Easy access to downtown attractions and within walking distance of Rouses. Modern amenities and layouts, and beautiful views!
