No Pets are allowed in this property. This keeps the residence pet-allergy free. The neighborhood is wonderful and location is easily accessible to main streets, transportation and shopping. Just a few minutes to drive, bike or walk to get to downtown, Penrose-St. Francis hospital, Memorial Park, Monument Valley Park, the Olympic Training Center, the Patty Jewett Golf Course, SwitchBack Coffee Roasters or the Bon Shopping Center. The Colorado College campus is a mile away and the Shooks Run Trail is only 2 blocks away. Metro bus line is 1 block away. The garage is not available to this apartment. Tenant pays for gas and electric utilities through Colorado Springs Utilities and trash service of choice. Water and Sewer is paid in addition to rent at a flat rate of $45/mo. This Duplex is a non-smoking/non-vaping property.
