If a smoke detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. The property is equipped with Minut noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Self check-in is available with a smart lock or lockbox system, and some properties may require downloading an app for Bluetooth access. Check-in instructions will be sent via email or message. Guests must be prepared to download the required app for access. The apartment is remote work-friendly with a dedicated work station featuring a standing desk.
