You will love calling this place home! Note there is a detached cottage in the backyard of the property. The backyard is a shared common area (feel free to bring a grill and meet your neighbors). There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Tenant pays utilities. No smoking. Tenant must have renters insurance. The tenants must fill out an online application with the property manager.
