This is a short term rental for 5 months minimum from August, 2024 to May, 2025 A beautiful 10th floor condo with direct ocean views. Central air, spacious closets, beautiful new kitchen and bathrooms. One bathroom has a jacuzzi. The apartment has two large screen TV's with lots of channels. Dishwasher, a washer/dryer are in the unit. High speed internet and cable are included. Indoor parking for one car is included. The building has 2 elevators. The apartment comfortably accommodates two people and has a coach for two guests. The building has 24 hour security, heated pool, gym, sauna. Direct access to the beach with lifeguards on duty. Community center is nearby offering few heated pools, zumba and yoga classes and a variety of activities. A short walking distance to everything - supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping, houses of worship, restaurants. Lots of buses nearby. A car is not needed. Short term rental is $3,200 a month for 5 months minimum to be paid in full 60 days prior to move-in date. $1,000 refundable damage deposit plus $100 per person HOA screening fee. 6 months rental is $3100 and requires the last month rent plus $3,200 refundable damage deposit are paid prior to moving in. $100 per person HOA screening fee. 7+ months rental is $3000 a month. Rent includes indoor parking - 1 space, fast internet, cable with many channels, access to the heated pool, sauna, gym, access to the community center within a block. Electric is extra about $80 a month. Sorry, HOA does not allow pets. HOA requires a minimum credit score of 700
