Upstairs you'll find the 3 spacious bedrooms and other full bathroom. Tenants are responsible for all utilities (gas/electric, water/sewer/trash/recycling, internet). Tenants are responsible for snow removal. Lawn care and landscaping are included in rent. No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants). Security deposit is 1.5x the rent. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets).
