Mattausch Rental Properties is small and family owned - we've been managing our own north Seattle properties since the 1960s, and we pride ourselves on providing our tenants with both quality houses and responsive, ethical property management. References from the previous tenant here and elsewhere available after you've arranged a showing. This non-smoking house is available for $2600 on leases starting by February 1st (or ASAP) on a one year term which converts to a flexible month to month lease thereafter. If you are not able to start the lease by that date, please email with your first acceptable start date. Last months' rent and $2600 refundable deposit due at move in or via payments over as many as six months. To request a showing, please email with your availability windows and your phone number. Prior to applying, at least one applicant must have toured the house (videoconference with a friend on site is ok). Please request the application link after your tour. We consider applicant groups not exceeding four adult residents. Tenant pays all utilities. SPU (water/sewer/garbage) has been $91 to $133/mo and SCL (electric/heat) between $42 to $191 over the last year, though we hope the weatherstripping we are installing will bring that down a bit. Tenant has responsibility for keeping the lawn mowed (mower available provided), and must obtain renter's insurance (around $12/month). We rent to all qualified applicants and must conduct a thorough review of a fully completed application before a determination may be made. Either the Lease or Agreement to Enter Into Lease (both of which require a $1000 payment toward the deposit to bind the agreement) must be signed within 24 hours after the application is accepted to maintain your place in Seattle's First In Time application scheme.
