This home is centrally located in an older neighborhood near train tracks with easy access to highways. Nearby attractions include Olde Town Arvada (6-minute drive), Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre (15-minute drive), and Downtown Denver (20-minute drive). This home is near a railroad track, so you can hear train noises such as the crossing bells and train horns. Quiet time is between 10 PM to 8 AM, so please be respectful of the neighbors. Smoking of any substance in the house or on the property is prohibited and will incur a $350 fine to cover all costs to clean and restore the accommodations. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine in each instance plus all costs to clean and restore the accommodations. Unpermitted guests will incur a $200 fine per guest per night.
