Tenants are responsible for electricity and any desired internet/cable service. Building amenities include a day-time concierge, secured entrance, a lobby/sitting area, and a roof deck with spectacular city views. Conveniently situated on the intersection of Florida Ave, Vermont Ave, and W Street NW, U Street Corridor has numerous nearby shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and parks to offer. Landmark's Atlantic Plumbing Cinema is just around the corner. U St/African-Amer Civil War Memorial/Cardozo, and Shaw-Howard U metro stations are less than half a mile in proximity.
