This is a very customized unit with wine fridge, high end wood finished in the kitchen, closet and office. Kitchen includes dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator and microwave. Each unit has a private patio/balcony with 1 dedicated parking space included. There is additional/private storage space in the basement available. Controlled access building. Owner pays for a cleaning service to clean the common areas twice per month and for trash cans for each unit to be taken to and from the street on trash pickup day each week.
