Easy access to E Woodmen Rd or N Powers. 10 minute drive to St Francis Hospital. 20 minute drive to UCCS. 30 minute drive to USAF Academy. 30 minute drive to Fort Carson. Easy access to many food places and shopping. Since this is new construction, the neighborhood isn't fully developed but I was informed there will be a couple of parks in the upcoming future.
