Females only please and between the ages of 21-45 y/o preferred.This space would be best for single occupancy. This home is a 3 bed and 2.5 bath property. I do live on the property and work full time from home. I have 1 medium sized dog who is very friendly. I am open to welcoming a small-medium sized dog but no cats, as I am allergic. Common areas would be shared such as living room and kitchen. There is a 2 car garage, which leaves 1 parking space for grabs for a small monthly fee. Easy access to E Woodmen Rd or N Powers, 10 minute drive to St Francis Hospital, 20 minute drive to UCCS, 30 minute drive to USAFA, and 30 minute drive to Fort Carson. Easy access to many food places and shopping. Please feel free to message me with any questions and we can also set up some time to meet for right fit. -Thank you!
